Great location, helpful staff, but restroom door was difficult to open and close, and access to the hotel is not convenient especially after business hours where access to the underground subway was closed and elevators inactive, which is inconvenient when you’re wheeling luggage upon late arrival or early departure.

The hotel can be accessed by the underground exit Z2 to Z4. So if you are travelling using the Taiwan main station, pls use these exits. It is really super convenient! The hot water in the bathroom is not very hot though. The hotel is converted from an office building and there are at least 2 other hotels in the same building. Be prepared that your room has no window.

The front desk is very helpful. The room is clean but, you can tell it's old. We stayed in 4 people room, 3 different layouts and 2 of them has one step at bathroom door which take time to adjust. It's a budget friendly hotel with the super convenient location. Next to main train station save us lots of time.

The location is excellent - short walk to Taipe train station, make it super convenient for exploring the city. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as describled. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel located near Taipei Main Station makes commute very easy. There are also many food stores around the areas, a few Family Mart within stone throw. The hotel is not new but is decent for short stay. It offers laundry facilities free of charge but as these are common household laundry facilities, it is subject to abuse by patrons who do not respect the principle of queuing. The hotel advertised room with bath tub in pictures but it is not always available unless specifically requested, not even sure it existed.

Excellent. Near Taipei station. Now even more convenient with direct underground access to Taipei station via B3 elevator. Upon returning from Taipei station, it's beside Z2 exit. The rooms are clean and there's also free washing machines.

Room was clean and nice. Only thing was toilet was noisy and there was this step to the toilet near the door which we nearly tripped over several times. Location is good, directly connected to Taipei main station at level B3 at the back lifts, something which the staff never shared with us when we asked for directions, even when it was raining heavily outside. Reception is "cold", impatient and not willing to help, directions they gave us were hazy. One staff even remarked I should google myself instead. Like I would understand the map and identify my orientation when the hotel is not marked on the map by google.

My overall experience was positive. The location is very convenient, check-in and check-out is easy, and the room was generally clean. The room type I selected did not have windows so it was more affordable but also felt a little isolating. Additionally, entering and leaving the hotel if you have a room on 4F is inconvenient as there are no stairs and the elevators that go to 4F take a long time.

Room is big enough, no breakfast provided. location of the building was the best point as is just right in-front of the Taipei Main train station. Many eateries and big departments store around the hotel. My book of 1 night was due to extension of 1 trip, room price is very expensive at the all other booking planforms, however Expedia price was the cheapest at that time by about 20%.

I booked this hotel for same kind of rooms for 2 occasions but was given room with different set-up. One has windows that can see through, and another can't. One with sofa and another without. I wonder why.
