My family and I have been at both Yun Estate Hotel and a similar style hotel in Taipei for four nights each. We like Yun Estate Hotel better because the staff, cleaning, and room service are all very nice. They are friendly, efficient, and pay attention to details. Next time, we will stay at Yun Estate.

My parents had an amazing time during their stay. They said the breakfast options were perfect, and the hotel staff were always kind and accommodating. The rooms are modern, but cozy, and very clean. 員工服務極好！細心體貼！特別感謝陳紫羚，小女到步時發燒，她本來是放假也體貼地買了退熱貼加口罩給小女！服務一流，設施也是一流！從來沒有住過一間溫泉酒店這麼體貼！房間很大，有衣帽間、有客廳、有廚房、有飯枱、梳化後還有一間小房間給你小休！ 早餐豐富，小朋友樂而忘返！我們期待再次光臨！ The Room was big, breakfast were great! Planning a second trip

Exceeded expectations! Really didn’t want to go to Beitou for onsen and found this interesting place in Tamsui. The hotel is very Japanese modern chiq. It’s quiet and incorporates AI systems in the room. The breakfast and onsen was amazing. Service is also top notch. Would recommend and definitely come again.

This hotel is amazing and we've been to some of the world's best hotel. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home. Breakfast was also top notch

Walking distance of Tamsui MRT stop and shopping area. (Around 20 minute walk) Rooms are very spacious with soaking tub, shower and pull down shower seat.
