A lovely home and perfect to stay in if you're visiting Tallahassee, especially if you're visiting for events at FSU. The pool is heated, which was great because we visited in February. Super clean, easy parking, lots of extra towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cups, plates, etc. The backyard was fully fenced in, so if I come back, I would definitely bring my dog! One of the reasons I picked this location was because my parents are both elderly and this seem like it had good accessibility. My mom has vision issues (almost blind) and both of my parents have trouble with flights of stairs. There is one step leading up to the front door and no stairs inside of the house. There were stairs to get to the pool area, but not stairs to sit and enjoy the back deck, so my mom was able to go outside easily and enjoy the backyard. The inside was big and spacious inside with lots of lighting (and additionally the bedrooms had side tables that had nightlights inside of them, which was an added bonus!). This home would be a good fit for someone with a walker or a person with a wheelchair who can stand out of their chair for short periods of time (to make it up the singular front step and/or access the bathrooms).
