Rooms are compact but the bathrooms are tiny and poorly designed. A well built person will find it very difficult to sit on the toilet seat. Water leaking out of the very compact shower is not a surprise given the poor design. No grace for arriving a few mins late for breakfast. They turned us around without even coffee or toast to pickup.

We have stayed here multiple times and had good exoereinces in general. Most of the staff are very friendly and there kreakfast is great. The location is ideal if you would like to be lcose to old town and city center. Easy to get to anywhere you wouod like to Tallinn.

I stayed 1 night and unfortunatly had weird experience. Late check-in went easy, smooth and fast. i had request for double bed, received 2 twins,. i was informed in advance from the hotel that it will be provided if available. madress and pillow feels like water or baloon. completly uncomfortable. It is impossible to sit on the wc straight, as my knees would smash inside the wall which is under the angle of 45 degrees. Breakfast was busy, nice variety, though it is first time i saw scramble eggs in the 2cm water/juice soup. not returning back

Breakfast was good...air-conditioning not so much

First of all, I reserved a superior king room. Somehow my reservation was for one person instead of two. When I checked in I was charged a surchage for the second person. While I understand if I didn’t pay for two breakfasts, I should pay for a second, but the charge was 70 euros (over 80 dollars). The room was no different, so they charged me 70 euros for breakfast. That's a bit much. If I had checked when I booked, it would have been just a few dollars more. The breakfast was excellent. The best of the 10 hotels I have stayed in on my trip. The room was spacious and it did have a balcony (the view is the picture I uploaded). Finally, it was very warm during my stay and air-conditioning was non-existent. Both nights I was sweating in bed. Now the air did blow. I even ended up setting it at five degrees and it still didn’t get cooler. It was cooler outside on the balcony at night.

Great location but awful staff. Took 20 minutes to check in as they meseed ip my booking despite emailing to configm I was coming. Tried to say I had no room...all this at 1am, the exact time they knew I was arriving. Romm had sewage smell and toilet impossible to sit on. I complained but they said they wouldnt move me and didnt fix it. Used to be a good hotel bug staff are so poor now.
