Close to the bike path, the landing site of paragliding and golf course, near the lake and numerous hiking trails, 15 minutes from the center of Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and great Bornand you can enjoy all year hobbies Annecy lake and its surroundings.
The spacious and cozy house allows everyone to find his intimacy with 4 non adjacent rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. The two living rooms, the large outdoor terrace and the kitchen area are arranged for 8/10 people. In fine weather you will enjoy its large terrace and garden with mountain and forest views.
