We liked everything about the inn and our 2 night stay there. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to all the downtown and lake attractions, and the price was reasonable. We plan to come back soon.

Ok for one night but not great for the $$.

Tried to check in 45 minutes early but was declined (even though hotel wasn't busy). When I came back the same receptionist asked if I was chucking in (deer in the headlight look). No big deal. The toilet wasn't clean when we entered. The room was sufficient but carpet looked dingy. Breakfast the next morning was pretty much all processed food so didn't eat. Had a cup of coffee which tasted odd then learned the milk I used expired 4 days earlier. I had taken a bottle of milk to my son in our room and then learned it was sour, too. It was a place to stay for one night after a late football game but I'll look elsewhere next time.

Rooms smells musty. The deluxe breakfast wasn’t deluxe. Sugar yogurt, waffles, and boiled eggs is not deluxe. I figured we’d have eggs, sausage, and something hot. The pool was nice The jets on the hot tub were really loud. I think the tub needed maintenance and more water.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout Roman shades worked well & we liked the solar panel during the day, allowing light into the room. Though the bathroom was small, it was clean with great water pressure & easy accessibility. The hallway carpets were stained but clean. It’s a ski town! The breakfast was average but the staff did a great job of keeping items stocked. The hot tub & pool were exceptionally clean & an added bonus. We liked the fact we could walk to shops, restaurants, & the waterfront. We would stay here again.
