The rooms were worn out. The Keys had to be changed out several times. Several homeless were in and out of the building. Sleeping behind it as well as using the bathroom an using the guest laundry. Only one working ice machine

Mostly pretty good. I'd stay again.

Clean, safe and no serious issues. The door would turn green and be hard to open as some pull up & some pull down. I had to return to the desk where she pretended to re-program the cards and told me about the door issues. Clearly, I was one of many with the same problem. It would be free to just tell people "Make sure you lift straight up after it turns green, and shove hard." Other than that waste of fifteen minutes , it was fine. Breakfast was the right temperatures and supplies.

Overall, for the purpose of our stay - seeing a concert at Raymond James stadium - it wasn’t terrible - it wasn’t great either, It’s a discount hotel with very few amenities, but it was clean, for the most part, and you could tell they’re trying for who they are and what they have. Towels are small and scratchy, pillows are few and cheap, but the bed was comfortable, the AC and TV worked well, and the water got hot. The staff was friendly, for the most part - the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and explained our rate - hotel direct vs Expedia. The breakfast ends at 9:59 am, so don’t be late, and don’t ask to “get something real quick” at 10:00 - it’s not happening. Their pool was actually very nice for a discount hotel, but bring a cooler (it’s allowed and they have ice) and bring some beach towels, as they provide pool towels but they’re the size of kitchen hand towels, older and scratchy. Look, for $200+/- (price during a concert) it’s not bad and it’s very convenient. I’d stay there again, but only if going to an event at the stadium.

When I booked this room was told this was very nice. The pictures looked very good. However, when we got there was a different story. The pictures must have been many years ago. Very abused. I will say the managers try their best to keep it clean but tough when you’re dealing with age and abuse. Needs updated and remodeled!!!!

Key malfunction.

We checked in and there was a guy leaning over the side and looking at the computer while checking in. I called him out on it and the hotel front desk person did not see why that bothered me. The keys don’t work. You have to put the key in and out like 20 times for it to work. The room smelt of smoke. Will not return.

While the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were gross. Our room was next to a balcony that overlooked the lobby so we could hear every bit of what was happening in the lobby at all hours, even the employees chit chatting and laughing. When we went to breakfast, it was a complete joke. Besides a waffle or fruit, the only other options was packet oatmeal and eggs mixed with potatoes. Not eggs with an option of potatoes, just eggs inconveniently mixed with loads of potatoes. Made no sense. Would not stay again.

I booked this property last minute for a weekend getaway with my husband & I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary except for a clean room. We stayed in 119 from Thursday to Sunday & the room needs just a little TLC like the lighting fixture by the bathroom & the bathroom needs a few maintenance things done the room smelled like mildew but if the pull up the carpet and put in air purifier or humidifiers every so often I think the room would be great the bed was uncomfortable for me but my husband was fine. Complimentary breakfast was average however the ladies kept the area cleaned and full but overall I will stay here again it was a central location for our weekend plans.

THE SMELL IN THE HALLWAY WAS AWFUL. THE CARPET WAS SOILED. THE SMELL OF MOLD WAS IN OUR ROOM. THIS HOTEL WAS DOWNRIGHT AWFUL! A WHOLE LOT OF MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH MY STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
