Not all staff was helpful. Room was musty, glassas dirty, phone ripped out of wall and paying for parking was a hassle. You need to be able to pay for parking with your room. You should not have to us a QRcode and enter a bunch of information that the hotel already has. On top of that you have to pay without any indication what the charge is!

Positives and negatives. I’ll start with negatives 1) I can’t believe they charge for parking! It’s ridiculous, especially with the room prices already so high 2) I reserved and pre-paid for a handicapped king-sized bedroom but what I got was a non-handicapped room with / double beds. I arrived at 2am so I wasn’t about to go back to the desk at that time to complain. I had called ahead, much earlier in the night to let them know I would be late, so it wasn’t like they didn’t know I was coming. When I mentioned it when I checked out the person behind the desk apologized but made a lot of shallow excuses like “Well, we were overbooked” and “at least we didn’t move you to another hotel”. What? How is this my problem- and really why would you think that would make me feel better? It just pissed me off how it was all handled. Thankfully I didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine. Now the good stuff: 1) clean and very spacious rooms! 2) The complimentary breakfast was amazing! So much variety and delicious too! 3) Bar & restaurant staff were great and food/drinks delicious (I had dinner there the last night)

we meet family here. Other than the request for adjoining rooms not fulfilled rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff couldn't be any nicer. Breakfast with the entire family was very enjoyable, kid and adult friendly

We arrived at midnight and was given a room which had not been cleaned and the door was open upon our arrival. The room we moved to 836 had no cold water in the shower and no door knob on the door between the room and living area.
