The only issue we had was a bathroom. The bathtub was damaged, the colors were peeling off (you wouldn’t see such things even in the cheapest motel), it wasn’t well cleaned and had some hairs. The rest was okay. The room was clean, the staff was nice. It would be nice if some water would be available in the room, as it is a standard practice everywhere, but it was not available in our room. Thank you.

Yes and the corporations too some one needs to pay visit and keep it at the holiday in standers. House keeping terrible the keep the bathroom toilets paper half empty only one no refill and the coffee only decaf k cup. !! Very bad smell meldo and the keep the air conditioning off when you leave make it smell bad and lucky I don’t have respiratory issues but other people will be paying visit to Er I know that because I am a medical professional and the leaver handle of the shower is bad need to adjust or replace it.

We love to stay at Holiday Inn express all over the country. Our number one reason is that not only other rooms just as good as any other room, but you get the most delicious free breakfast and it’s consistent from one Holiday Inn express to another.. this particular, Holiday Inn express located near University of is also extremely convenient when visiting our daughter who’s attending there. Is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the pool and the Jacuzzi were out of order and we were looking forward to swimming in them.

Could have been better...

The bed was really hard. We could barely walk after getting the little sleep we did on it. The pool and spa are closed. When I asked how long before it would open, nobody knew. So, don't plan on that for your trip. Went down for breakfast the first morning at 8:15 and NO hot food stocked. Everything was empty. A couple of items were refilled 30 minutes later, as we were leaving. We noticed that the sausage patties were hockey pucks and decided not to bother with breakfast for the rest of the trip. The only redeeming qualties in this hotel are the staff. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk staff were nice, but we just couldn't get past the terrible bed. That, along with no pool, and lack of breakfast availability, was a deal-breaker for us. Such a shame, because this hotel has the potential to be good, but they need more staff up front and in food service.

Great location

It was a great location. We did a 2 night stay for appointments at Moffitt. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast and coffee was good and well stocked. My only complaint was not being notified the pool and hot tub was not avaiable. We was disappointed to find the pool closed off. We looked forward to relaxing in pool in between appointments. Overall, it was a great hotel for what we needed.

This property was nice. Good location for us near the college. Looked like they were fixing up the place. Hot tub broke. In our room the cold water ran out quick so the shower was burning after a few minutes. A little dirt in the bathroom. Liked the breakfast, workout room. The room itself. Price was good.
