Great location for Busch Gardens ,would stay again

Was used for a 2 nights stay for Busch gardens, exterior of hotel was lovely,room was clean ,basic but everything we needed,nice pool,front of house staff were lovely,nice little breakfast selection,girls loved the brekky(bacon), breakfast lady in the room was lovely also

Great Place To Stay

We were there to visit Busch Gardens and this is basically right across the street. Easy to walk to. Room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was ok, but this wasnt a nice hotel. It was next to a condemned, falling apart building. The saving grace is the police are right next door. Luckily we were only there to sleep. Breakfast was ok, better on the weekend.

We didn’t like the premises overall and wanted to cancel and leave, however front desk service Nash was excellent and helped us get a better room with no humidity or bed issues. She tried her best to accommodate us. The least at the breakfast room was also very helpful and polite.
