Disgusting room

Even though this was a budget hotel, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed- stains all over. There were bugs crawling all over the bed and floor. Bathroom had a massive hole in the ceiling and was not clean. Very disappointing stay.

We did get towels and shampoo which was great. The bedsheets looked dirty and we used sleeping bag liners. The room also smelt very damp .The rooms are not as good as the photos suggest.

Very basic room, don’t expect clean bedsheets

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The bedsheets were due for renewal as they were far from the white color they were supposed to have and there were marks on them. Also the towels were a bit ripped. The fan is enough as the temperatures don’t climb that high in the highlands. There are many rooms in the building so noise level will depend a lot on who is staying there at the same time. Staff is not super helpful or caring but okay. We also found a cockroach in the room. It was much cheaper than other accommodations though so our expectations were not high, but at least we would have expected clean towels and bedsheets.

Do not go there! DIRTY (nightmare)

Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever been. Pillows were soo dirty when you uncover it... Doors of the rook were unstable... Other clients just did not care that someone else is living here, they have been really noisy... Wierd people are accomodated here... Whole place (hotel) was so smell... Nobody were on reception, there were just some message call to this number... I am not a fancy guy, but definitely this was absolutely the nightmare!

Vi stannade här bara en natt eftersom vi ville bo nära bussterminalen. Väldigt lyhört i byggnaden, jag va tvungen att säga till några barn att sluta leka i korridoren elva på kvällen. De hade glömt att ge oss toalettpapper och handukar vilket vi fick påtala, och personal i receptionen är inte alltid på plats så jag fick själv leta efter en toalettrulle. Badrummet stank mat från restaurangerna nedan och allting läckte i toaletten. Absolut inte valuta för pengarna.
