A nice non-corporate hotel with some Taos character. Be aware it’s not got a lot of convenient power outlets near the bed. So if you need power for devices or a CPAP, you’ll need an extension cord.

Room was nice and big but it would have been better if you could put the AC fan on continuous because it was kind of loud. Also Expedia didn’t forward my change to two nights to the hotel so called and wanted me to check out after one night. The hotel was good about at the end. Totally Expedias fault. I was on chat with them for over an hour. Won’t use Expedia again.

Fabulous stay. Very nice well maintained property (seriously everything works not what I have been experiencing at other properties on my road trip). I got the king room with a fireplace which I loved. It was huge. The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel has lots of spaces for eating, grilling, playing games. Great property. Plus I could walk to the historic town and to several restaurants. Excellent stay.

Our stay was lovely, breakfast was really good with SO many options, not your average free breakfast! There was a wait person that cleared dishes and kept our coffee cups full :). The room was quiet and I loved the park like setting.

I must have a clean room, and this one was. Bathroom was spotless and shower and curtain were as well. Plenty of towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner. Will stay here again. We did need a few extra towels and they were delivered promptly. Breakfast was fresh with many options. Eggs, tortillas, potatoes etc to make your own burritto, fruit, yogurt, fresh coffee, bagels, pastries. Something for everyone.

This visit the room was noisy, too close to the main road. And the beds were definitely subpar - too soft and saggy. I've enjoyed staying here in the past and hope El Pueblo will improve back to its previous high standards.

Extremely comfortable bed, large room with balcony and fireplace. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Chips n salsa and cookies for mid day snack. Hot tub was wonderful at night. Walk to plaza and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely will return.

We just completed a N.M. road-trip, where we stayed at (06) different lodging locations. Each was unique n their own way, but were similar in price. The location of each was at top of the list, & "El Pueblo" was walking distance from the plaza (shops, restaurants, tours...). The condition of this lodge & our rooms was great. You could also tell time/ energy was spent on maintaining the grounds/ courtyard. We enjoyed sitting outside on our front AND back porch. We would stay there again & recommend to family/ friends.
