Villa Anselmo, an Andalusian-style property, is located in the middle part of the Atlanterra mountain, with a southeast orientation and unbeatable views over the Camarinal Lighthouse beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the African continent on the horizon. Due to its construction, it is a house that maintains a perfect temperature during the summer months.This property has a wide entrance where you can park 2-3 cars. From here, access is provided to both the entrance of the house and the garden and pool area where both adults and children can enjoy outdoor games and activities. On the main floor, we find a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to a magnificent covered porch with outdoor furniture and the pool area equipped with sun loungers for the maximum relaxation of guests. We also find a spacious terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy the best outdoor evenings with family or friends.Due to the pool not being fenced, we recommend that families travelling with small children supervise their swimming at all times.On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other two share a second bathroom, also equipped with a bathtub, located on the same floor.
