Very loud on the main road cars racing all night no air conditioning units just a small plug in heater wouldn't want to stay in summer Spa pool was cold more than hot. Nice walk from there to beach though x

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Very close to beach and mountain. Washer/dryer huge bonus. About a 10 minute walk to main restaurant area. Only complaint was no air conditioning and the floor fan provided was broken. Ceiling fans would be a huge and simple improvement. Fortunately the weather was cool enough at night to be able to sleep comfortably.

We loved our time in Mt Maunganui!

We loved Mount Maunganui, and the location of Atrium Apartments is ideally located between the cute town and the Mount, as well as steps from the beach. Our room had views of both the bay and the ocean/beach. The amenities were great and we made use of the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and the walkway to the beach. This location is very close to the trailhead to hike to the top of the Mount, which we enjoyed doing in the mornings, and we loved some beach time in the afternoons. Our apartment was well stocked with kitchenware and the layout was great. The bed was a little “soft” for my preference, but everything overall was very clean and comfortable with great views. We would return.

The apartment was very well located and extremely clean. The view to the harbour was pleasant. Some rowdy neighbours but it was Christmas party season. Nice check in with the friendly team at reception. Bare basics in terms of condiments eg coffee etc so think about bringing your own coffee, cling wrap, oil, garbage bags etc. For the very high price, I will look to stay elsewhere next time I am at the Mount.

Great location close to the beach, cafes/restaurants & the hot pools & the Mount. Amazing view of the water towards the marina. The room was a little tired and a bit dirty as it’s a non-serviced apartment so I don’t think it had been cleaned thoroughly prior to us staying there. The spa downstairs was a bit cold and the jets aren’t working that well so more like sitting in a warm bath and the outdoor pool is not heated so avoid outside of summer.
