New living room and dining room furniture with an extremely comfortable sofa bed that converts into a full queen size bed. The Master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King size bed and the Second bedroom has a lovely decor with an extremely comfortable queen size bed.

The balcony has 2 chairs and fits up to 2 people so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.)

*(The rental of the unit does not include boat parking or a slip in the marina. A separate reservation, must be done with the association, which is subject to availability and an additional charge. The maximum length of any boat in the marina is 28 feet.
