We booked this property several months ago. I started trying to contact the host to inquire about the general location and parking accommodations a month before our reservation started. I got no response. After multiple tries over several days (via VRBO app, texting, and calling), I called VRBO customer support the morning of our check-in day. They were very helpful, tried to contact the host for me, also got no response, and refunded the total cost. I can only assume that this host is no longer renting his yacht through VRBO, but I don't know why he doesn't communicate with the people who already had reservations.
