Our unit was clean and adequate but needs some attention and updates. We had issues with AC and the dryer didnt work. It was quiet and the grounds were beautiful. Pool and beach were very nice. Friendly staff.

Liked having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The resort was very quiet, even with what seemed like a lot of people staying. We were in bldg.#5 and loved the location. There is not a lot of shopping or dining nearby, must use a car. Pool area and hot tub very nice, very clean. Small rocky beach, but great to sit in lounge chairs avail there. Loved the gazebo out over the water, to watch the sun come up! (or I sat on my room balcony and watched it come up over the marina) Room was a good layout. Could use a bit of updates, but felt sufficiently clean. Staff was extremely responsive always. Very pleased with staff!!! Would stay again.

Overall not extatic about this stay. We just moved here and our power went out so we got the room here out of convenience. Thought we would see how nice it was to book our family in when they visit. Not so sure. Cleaners seemed rushed.. There was a coffee maker inside the unit but no coffee, only decaf packets? Also, some of the shampoos/ lotions were used but put back in place. Guest bathroom toilet flusher broken. Our socks were black/ extremely dirty after an hour or so of getting settled in the room so the floors definitely have no been washed. They did mention there was a cafe open in the morning but we could not find it. We walked to each building. There should be a map at each elevator in each building to guide guests to the cafe/ food. Was really bummed I didn’t get any coffee in the am.

Great Pool and Very Nice Rooms

O.P. has a good location between Key Largo & Islamorada. Units and pool are excellent. Tennis and pickleball courts are in playable condition. Pool snack bar now open, very nice addition. Pier needs high chairs to be able to sit and watch the water, otherwise pier is not very useful and it could be a very nice place to watch the sunrise or even sunset.

Tv in bedroom terrible. Bed light didn't work. Temperature in place freezing. Tried to raise it and couldn't. No where in bathroom to put anything. Nice kitchen and living room. There was washer and dryer which is nice. Two flights of stairs to haul huge suitcase and bags up to.

Comfortable beds and great pool facilities. Our condo was nice and clean for the most part. Railings on 3rd floor balcony were scary to have little kids there. My daughter could have fit right through! No child lock options out of reach for the sliding doors on the balcony.

Nice stay with great view

It was a good option for the area. View was great! Room could use some renovation but there were no bugs or dirty sheets or anything like that. The dryer made loud noises. Pool was nice

Great view. Nice pool. Snack Shack. Great Service. Condo was disgusting. Old soap left in shower. Hair in tub and sink. Blue old toothpaste around bath faucet. Hoping sheets were changed. But great location and nice Beach.

Checking in is a long process. You can not check in before 5pm. Room was not ready until after 6pm because we were told it still needed to be cleaned. After finally arriving in the unit floors were still dirty. The unit seemed to be lightly swept, but floors were sticky and our white socks were black on the bottom after only a short time of walking on the floor. The grounds were nice and well kept but our unit needed a little TLC.
