Schöne Wohnung schlechte Kommunikation
"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Sie liegt zentral. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht der Realität. Wir wollten ursprünglich zu viert anreisen. Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an. Die Kaffeemaschine war "nur" eine Pad Maschine. Es gab leider keine Kanne. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war auch nicht gut. Es war vor Ort eine große Baustelle, die die Zufahrt zur Wohnung erschwert hat. Dies wurde im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert. Nachdem wir dann den Vermieter erreicht hatten, konnte er uns den Weg zur Wohnung nicht richtig beschreiben, da er nach eigener Aussage nicht vor Ort wohnt und die Straßennamen nicht kennt. Dann muss man nach meiner Meinung einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben, der helfen kann. Denn unsere Anreise hat sich dadurch unnötig lang verzögert. Während dieser Verzögerung wurde uns dann noch mitgeteilt, dass der Reinigungsdienst noch nicht da war, um die Betten zu beziehen. Außerdem fehlten Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, was allerdings durch den Reinigungsdienst nachgereicht wurde. Alles in allem kann ich aber für diese Wohnung nur dann eine Empfehlung geben, wenn man maximal zu zweit mit einem Kleinkind anreist. "
