San Miguel River and trail are located just steps away for quick access to town. The kitchen is well outfitted for groups who enjoy cooking. The living room has a sectional sofa sleeper, large smart TV and a premium sound system. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower. Pool and hot tub opens for the summer on 6/1 . Wash/dryer.
