Not for a light sleeper

The hotel has a charming, older feel, which I didn’t mind. However, if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the best option. There are no blackout blinds, and since there's no air conditioning, you’ll likely need to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, the outdoor lighting from the patio shines directly into the rooms, and the noise carries easily. While the fire pit area is a nice touch, guests were gathered there smoking late into the night, which made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. The smell of cigarette smoke drifted into the room and lingered, which was unpleasant.

Not bad for the price!

Nice place, location is wonderful. It needs some TLC. No Air Conditioning, but sid have window fans. Sink falling off the wall, couldn’t get TV to work, & the furniture was dated. One of our key cards didn’t work. Breakfast was a bit boring. Overall I would stay here again, as it’s a value being in the heart of Telluride.

This place is very cute and close to shops and restaurants. They also provide parking, so we don't need to pay and can walk to all the places.

The room was very nice, the staff were all helpful and the morning breakfast was good. The front desk person jumped our car the morning we left as AAA was 1 hour away. We will definitely stay there again !!

We loved the location of this property. Easy walk to everything - downtown, the gondola, hikes nearby. The room was basic, could use some updating and repairs but it did the trick for a one night stay as a family in town. Front desk staff were a bit cold and short, not as welcoming I would have expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a budget friendly option.

I normally don't leave reviews, however I was not happy wirh the room I was assigned. It was in the basement, no AC, a hole above the toilet, no screen in the window so I could open to cool the room. The floor above at least had a window fan. I would feel unsafe opening a window right below sidewalk level where pests or humans could enter. I also had to keep the blinds closed at all times for privacy. Ironically this was the most expensive hotel I stayed in Colorado even with Expedia's discount at $360 a night. Please avoid Room 103. The inn was fully occupied so there wasn't an option to switch rooms at the time. The positive was free parking and location.

Was sent to two different rooms and both were already occupied. In the end, no room was available. Drove 2 extra hours to get to Telluride and no rooms at this hotel or any other in town available. Had to drive a few hours to Durango, our stop the next day, for a room at 9 pm that evening. They did do me right by cancelling a reservation I made for the wrong night without penalty. So, I will give them credit for that.

It’s just Okay

It’s was just an okay hotel stay. Not the best by no means. Having a fire pit outside your room absolutely sucks having to listen to loud people. Had to leave the tv on to block all the talking outside.
