The 2nd floor was filled with smoke and my room smelled like smoke. I was told there was nothing they could do. The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable and the sheets and spread (no comforter) were thin. I would never stay there again. I wasn’t even offered a full or even a partial refund. I checked out the very next morning.

Everything was great except that when we first entered the room, there was an overwhelming, extremely powerful cologne smell from an old man. It was like someone broke their cologne in the room before us. Not the staff's fault, I am sure, but it gave me a horrible headache. I bought an air freshener and opened the windows, but it didn't go away. I had a migraine the whole time. I am not sensitive to smells either, so this was extremely bad.

Got this hotel because it had a kitchen and I have a 15 month old. The front desk and room were good! However, if you have a kid don’t go. Got noise complaints at 8:30pm because of my kid. When i went downstairs to ask if they just want to move us because obviously my son is going to be a little crazy she said no because they were “sold out” and quiet hours were at 9:30pm. It was 8:30pm!!!! The place smells like weed even though it’s a no smoking inside building. A lot of drunk people walking around, a lot of people standing outside at all hours of the night. I totally understand people live there and should be mindful of that but a 15 month old who doesn’t know what he is doing and has been in the car for 14 plus hours, give me a break. It’s a hotel! Some staff were super friendly, just annoyed that a noise complaint came in at 8:30 pm due to my son walking around DURING NON QUIET HOURS! I guess next time I’ll cut all of our legs off and hopefully we won’t get complaints from the guest that live there😊
