Great staff, friendly and supportive. Very kind and knowledgeable of area. Pool was clean, housekeeping works their butts off & are friendly and accommodating. Manager was very personable & warned me of street closures due to Xmas parade.

Love the entire staff, except for 1 individual. Betsy the manager was very kind. I was told they were pet friendly they saw me bring my cats in there. They (the manager) spoke badly about me to other guests behind my back; warned them about me saying that they should be careful around me?! WTH?! I do not do drugs nor drink like most of their guests did/do. Police frequent the property so it felt safe. It is in a very walkable area next to Old Town Front St. park for kids next door. Street around is dirty, trash but property is kept up quite well. I constantly cleaned up after myself & my cats, only had housekeeping come twice to clean, I borrowed broom & swept daily w/theirs and my own using my own laundry soap & products the entire time. I liked them until I was told because of my 4 cats I was not allowed back ever, even though they saw & I shared that I had 4 adult cats prior to my stay & checking in.
