Hotel Urashima

"Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel etwas schwierig. Ich hatte im April für Anfang November Dinner (Kaiseki) und Frühstück bestellt. Bei der Ankunft war beides nicht gebucht und Kaiseki scheinbar nicht mehr/ oder generell nicht möglich. Wegen widersprüchlicher mündlicher/ schriftlicher Aussagen hat sich uns der Grund nicht erschlossen. Im Nachhinein wurde für uns ein “Kaiseki” organisiert, was bedeutete, dass wir komplett alleine in einem Speiseraum waren, was sich sehr befremdlich in einem komplett vollen Hotel angefühlt hat. Traditionelles Kaiseki sieht anders aus. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels und die Onsen spektakulär und wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten sehr genossen."
