Regarding shops in the area. The area is full of buisnesses. There is alot going on in that area with the local economy. Extended Stay sits so close to temple mall you could through a rock at it. Temple mall is older but the mall is about to be updated and has exsisting stores that are entertaining and useful. Extended stay is very new and felt very nice to stay in. The staff is very friendly and the GM and assistand GM were very nice and made sure i had all that i needed when i was there. They also made sure i was getting the.best rate as it gets better the longer you stay. Having the kitchenette and dishes made a world of difference. I am always traveling for buisness and this is the best option and cost affective for sure. . I have soon future visits to Temple Texas and plan to make that Extended stay location my place to stay. Great place!

Pros: New property, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Cons: Rooms not ready upon arrival (4:30pm) and we had to wait in the "breakfast area" over a half hour for our rooms. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture across the floor all night in the room above us, until after midnight. Traffic noise is bad. The rooms have no carpeting, so nothing to muffle the noise. No toiletries in the bathroom. No hairdryer in the room (they did bring one when I called) "Grab and go" breakfast consisted of a few yogurts in the fridge. Hopefully things will improve.

We were so happy that we chose this property. Other than thin floor ~ it was excellent. We could hear everything that the people upstairs was doing. Can’t rule out noisy neighbors. Staff was a 10 star…excellent…Erik and the other ladies (the one that worked the night of 03/30 and the two ladies that worked early around 5:30am on 03/31).
