None of the above went well. We booked reservations 6 weeks prior to our arrival date of October 24, requesting at least 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for 3 senior couples. Three weeks later we were notified that the house we reserved had maintenance issues that could not be repaired and were sent alternative choices. All the choices were too far away or only had 2 bathrooms. We researched and found another house from the host's inventory, which advertised as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so we rebooked for that house. On our arrival date, we were only 30 minutes away from the house and got another message that the house hadn't been cleaned and wouldn't be ready for check-in. The host then tried to put us in one of the houses we had previously rejected because it did not have 3 bathrooms. We declined and requested he get the house cleaned and let us know when it was ready. We arrived at the house, and talked to a man who was the emergency cleaner who did the best he could on short notice. Once inside we saw we had been deceived again as the house only had 2 bathrooms, one being a Jack-and-Jill style for 3 bedrooms that was not clean and there was one half roll of toilet paper! Beds didn't have clean sheets and the kitchen chairs were falling apart. This Host was deceptive and evasive from the beginning. We would never recommend him to anyone! There are many more issues but no space to mention everything.
