Open living space designed for entertaining with generous seating, 3 Smart TV’s, 2 guest bedrooms with queen-size beds and a expansive master with a king-sized Nectar mattress, 2 luxurious bathrooms with rain showers and a freshly remodeled kitchen that is a true masterpiece: featuring butcher block counters, a gas range and all the comforts of home. Amble parking in the driveway is available for multiple vehicles.
Guests will have access to all areas of the property, residence and garage which is being used as a game room. This is a private residence situated on 1 acre.
I manage multiple Airbnb`s in the area. I do my best to be available 24/7 for my guests. I can be reached by text, Airbnb message or phone at any time during your stay. I live nearby, so if there is an emergency, I can be to the property quickly.

Home is located in an upscale family-friendly residential community. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep outside noise and music to a minimum past 9pm.
Children must not be left unattended at the pool at any time.
Pool is not heated but warms up nicely in the summer months. Hot tub is always kept at 101 degrees and can be adjusted by guest. Swim at your own risk.
