La Srta. Daniela nos dio un excelente servicio, es una persona muy cálida. En general es un lugar bastante cómodo y accesible, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso, solamente que hubo un día que no tuvimos agua caliente pero fuera de eso excelente.

Las instalaciones están de acuerdo al precio, buen servicio y atención, las habitaciones son sencillas pero realmente las ocupamos solo para dormir

el hotel tiene una buena vista al lago pero no merece llamarse Palace y tampoco esa tarifa. El hotel tiene una arquitectura origianla pero las instalaciones son muy viejas y abandonadas. Las toalas estabas sucias y las parades descascaradas. EL personal simpactico pero no instalan sombrillas en la aera de piscina. Estan estaban abandonadas abajo de las escaleras. Fue quisas en el pasado un hotel bonito pero su esplendor ya paso. La musica de al lado hasta las 3 de la manana.

La atención es excelente, desayuno incluido las instalaciones bien, alberca limpia y cancha de tenis... todo funciona y nos gusto mucho la vista y el estilo oriental del hotel

La comida es muy buena y el servicio excelente. Al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento, las habitaciones son viejas, los colchones incómodos, las cortinas de muy baja calidad, los muebles están en mal estado.

El primer día salí a comer fuera de la propiedad. Cuando regresé, aproximadamente 9:00 PM, está se encontraba cerrada y por más que tocamos no nos habrían. Pensamos que ya nos quedaríamos afuera. Habrán pasado unos 30 minutos para que nos abrieran el portón y pudiéramos pasar a descansar.. su argumento fue que casualmente llegué cuando el portero había cambiado de turno y que el de la noche no había llegado.. 🙄. terrible
