Amazing Stay!

We had such a wonderful time. It was perfect. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the rural setting. At the same time it was also easy to visit iconic areas of Tuscany. The hosts were supper!!!!! Can highly recommend!!!

Simple and perfect

The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast. The location was exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to explore and enjoy small towns and local wineries, yet able to visit Pisa and the coast as well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend the accommodations for anyone looking for a simple yet beautiful stay in the Tuscany region.

We really enjoyed the week in Terricciola. Stefano, Marta and all the cats (especially three of them) were very kind hosts. Everything needed is in the appartment. Terrific view from the terasse. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking and sightseeing. The short gravel road that others noted is absolutely no problem for a normal car.

Exceptional hospitality

We had a really lovely holiday- the apartment was as described and had everything we needed - the location was absolutely great for our dog who could run around freely and for us as our favorite towns San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa were within an hour driving distance. Most special about this holiday however was the hospitality and friendliness of our host Stefano. Very responsive and kind and easy to communicate with. He also prepared pizza’s for us in a 90 year old stone oven which was delicious! We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who loves rural Tuscany and especially if you want to bring a dog!

Great holiday home!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's very relaxed and there are great views in every direction around the property. The pool is excellent and our hosts very friendly and welcoming. The place is also very quiet helping to make it even more relaxing.

Truly an amazing property. The house was very very clean and beautiful. It had all the cooking utensils and kitchen needs, some herbs and a beautiful welcoming package. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. The swimming pool was amazing and very clean. The location was perfect, very close to beaches, shopping and tourist attractions. Stefano and Marta are the best hosts, very friendly, kind and helpful. We hope to visit this beautiful property again!

Wonderful quiet location with great hosts.

Stefano and Marta are wonderful hosts. Property has everything you need for your stay. Everything very clean. The bedroom is very spacious, we had the best nights sleep there in years. Stefano is a very social and likeable person who also has a great sense of humour he entertained us one evening making pizzas in their wood fired stove. Stefano will help in anyway to make your stay a pleasant one and offer advise about the local area and restaurants. The pool on site is an added bonus. The memory of having breakfast overlooking the olive groves and spectacular views will remain with us both always. Hopefully one day we will return. Best wishes Jane and Ian.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dem Argritourism. Die Küche war vollkommen ausgestattet , haben wir noch nie so gut in einer Unterkunft wahrgenommen.Außenbereich herausragend jacuzzi, Pool, Tischtennis mit Schlägern und Bällen. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge! Perfekte Lage für die Städte der Toskana (Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano)Man muss allerdings Katzen mögen, da sie sehr zuneige bedürftig sind! Sie wollen permanent gestreichelt werden und lassen einen des Öfteren nicht in Ruhe essen. Für uns als Katzenliebhaber kein Problem :)

Es waren traumhafte 10 Tage bei Stefano! Die Lage ist traumhaft und eignet dich gut für Ausflüge zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten.Der Pool und das Jaccuzzi laden mit der herrlichen Aussicht zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet.Stefano ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und hat uns mit herrlichen Tomaten aus dem Garten und Eiern der hofeigenen Hühnern verwöhnt.Definitiv ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.Danke Stefano!

Einfach schön !

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wunderschöne Sonnenauf und Untergänge zu genießen, die man über der wunderschöne Landschaft sehen kann. Der Pool und Wirhlpool ein Traum und auch dabei kann man die Ruhe und Sonnenuntergänge voll auskosten. Stefano und Marta sind sehr nette Gastgeber und immer für ihre Gäste da. Besonders unser Hund war auch ein sehr gesehener Gast mit viel Freilauf auf dem Hof und einer Menge Katzenund Hühner. . Es ist schon ein Traum so ein Stück Erde zu besitzen und zu schätzen. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Erholen

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, ein Appartement mit guter Ausstattung in absolut ruhiger Umgebung mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick. Ein Garten zur Selbstbedienung, ein sehr schöner Pool. Wir haben das Quartier allerdings nicht gleich gefunden, erst mit Hilfe Anderer (die google Beschreibung Podernuovo Nr.11 stimnt nicht). Ansonsten ist das Quartier eine perfekte Wahl. Schöne und entspannte Zeit in der Toskana

Herzliche Gastgeber die für alle Fragen und Wünsche ein offenes Ohr haben. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Eine tolle und gepflegte Anlage mit dem Pool als schönem Ruheplatz. Für uns waren die Katzen und deren Schmusegesellschaft eine besondere Freude. Stefano kann als Pizzabäcker locker mit jeder sehr guten Pizzeria mithalten und geht auf jeden Sonderwunsch ein. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erleben.

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage bei Stefano und können ohne Zweifel die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Es gibt zwei Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss wohnt Stefano selber. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Erhöhung und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Toskana. Der Pool ist super mit Jakuzi. Bett und Kissen waren super, was absolut top war ist die Sauberkeit, bin selber Allergiker und hatte absolut keinerlei Beschwerden. Stefano selber ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber, der nicht aufdringlich ist und per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Wer die Toskana mit super Aussicht geniessen will ist dort genau richtig!

sehr sehr empfehlenswert

wenn man jetzt mal vom Wetter absieht für das Stefano nicht verantwortlich ist, war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Zunächst wurden wir sehr herzlich von Stefano begrüßt. Hierzu gehörten auch einige Eier aus eigener Haltung als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Stefano war über den gesamten Zeitraum hinweg immer gut zu erreichen (wir hatten uns auf whatsapp geeinigt), aber nie aufdringlich und er hat unsere Anliegen immer sehr schnell und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit regeln können. Die Wohnung (es gibt noch eine weitere) war sehr liebevoll und mit allem notwendigen Inventar was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt ausgestattet. Für die auch heizende Klimaanlage waren wir besonders dankbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Sitzbank eigens für die Wohnung und dann den tollen Poolbereich für die Gäste mit gepflegtem Rasen, einem schönen Pool, einem Whirlpool und einem Kinderspielbereich. Pool und Whirlpool hätten wir jederzeit nutzen können wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte. Vom Hof aus selber hat man einen tollen Rundumblick mit Blick in die Apuanischen Alpen. Die Lage des Hofes fanden wir auch sehr günstig. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 7 km entfernt und auch Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, Volterra, San Gemignano und andere Orte sind gut zu erreichen. Ohne ein eigenes Auto läuft allerdings nichts. Absolut erwähnenswert ist die Pizzaparty, die wir bei Stefano gebucht haben und die Pizzen nach Wahl und eigenem Rezept im eigenen Steinbizzaofen auf Holz gebacken wurden. Toll

Ein erhohlsamer Osterurlaub

Mit meinem Mann und meinen beiden Jungs 11 und 14 Jahre waren wir Ostern für 7 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung bei Stefano und Marta. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach super, alles war da. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und in jedem Raum ist ein Klimagerät, mit dem wir die Wohnung nach belieben haben beheizen können. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, naturnahen Urlaub mit einer tollen Landschaft, die man von jeder Seite des Grundstücks aus hat betrachten können. Auch der beheizte Whirlpool war für uns bei 17 bis 22 Grad Aussentemperatur ein tolles Highlight. Gerne haben wir Tischtennis gespielt. Schade war dann doch, das wir den Pool, temperaturbedingt, nicht benutzen konnten. Hier wurden wir von Stefano im Vorfeld gefragt, ob er den Pool für uns schon aus der Winterpause holen soll. Was wir nicht wollten. Auch wir haben uns von Stafano und Marta mit Ihrer selbstgemachten Pizza im 90 Jahre alten Ofen verwöhnen lassen. Einfach unvergesslich. Vielen Dank. Erwähnenswert ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Ich denke es ist mit einer der schönsten Gegenden der Toskana mit vielen Ausflugszielen. Wir würden sie jedem weiter empfehlen. Stefanie T.
