This lovely two-bedroom apartment is situated in the direct area of the sea - 50 meters away from the beach and 1 kilometer away from Moraira. Everything in this apartment is BRAND NEW due to total renovation in the winter 2017 !!!
The apartment is on the fourth floor and has a modern furnishing. From the living room you have a direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea (terrace furnitures are to your disposal). Be aware! there is no elevator in the building!
First bedroom has two single beds (200 x 90 cm), second bedroom has a king-size (200 x 160 cm) bed and direct access (sliding doors) to the terrace. On the terrace there is the dining table with 4 comfortable chairs with additional cushions.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster etc etc. In the bathroom has a shower, washing table and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and drying rack in the cabinet on the terrace. All rooms equipped with converters (air conditioning and heating)
The supermarket (Masymas and Pepe la Sal) is only 1 km away, from the property, a restaurants (The Katmandoe, Olive Tree, Kosta, El Chamizo, The Blue Waterfront) are within 15-20 m. Away, sandy beach- Plagettes is just within 300 meters and Ampollo beach is within 750 meters.
