annoying management
To our astonishment we were told 1 week before coming to pay 50 euros for leaving us the key. After we said that never happened before and it was not in the advertisement, we could be up the key in a locker at the office about 10 min away from the house.
After arriving, there is no manual of the home, We were not told that we needed to switch on the air conditioning separately via a switch hiding in a closet in one of the rooms, which measure you consumption. This left us with a very warm house on the first day.
During the stay the management called 3 times, 3 voicemails and 3 messages. Which is not very relaxing, just for letting us know to clean the things before leaving, of which we were already notified in a big PDF send to us before. So before leaving, you need to throw the trash (which is not super near), take all the sheets from the bed and put the laundry near the door and put all the dishes from the dishwasher in their place, otherwise you'll be extra charged on top of the normal cleaning fee.
You need to leave the house before 10, during which the management also called, which is also not great in keeping holiday relaxation.
