This hotel is abominable. The carpets are so musty and the mildew is so bad, my daughter and I both had sore throats within the hour of getting there. (Cleared up after we left.) The floors and furniture are all stained. The hallways smell like weed. Around midnight there was a huge fight in the hallway and cops were called. My husband said doors were being slammed shut all night long. The place felt like drug den with new paint. I am seldom this harsh. I try to be fair with my reviews. But I can honestly say this place did not have a single redeeming quality.

The young man that checked me in was so kind and cheerful. He made the stay more pleasant. Everything was clean but the hallways smelled of cigarettes and it definitely rundown.

Property was old for a Wyndham. My room air conditioner was too loud to stay in Or give to anyone. I got another room and there the shower water control was not working properly.

Floor was full of dog hair all over the room, also the couch and with smelly stains. Microwave was dirty with food also inside, fridge was dripping water and smelly. Water was coming out from the floor like if the pipes were broken. The toilet NOT CLEAN AT ALL, still have drops of pee all over the toilet and floor. The bad thing was that i was traveling with my wife and my 2 year old daughter and its very unhealthy, uncomfortable and unsanitary for females. A white young lady in the front desk was not friendly at all and didn’t want to help to make a change on a room on which later on that same night i ask to change us room and a very friendly white gentleman help me right away with my issues. I will attach some photos

Cockroach was found in the hotel and manager refused to issue refund due to staying but the roach was found when packing up to leave in the morning don’t stay here building smells like smoke and mold , WiFi slow , elevators dirty and seems like they will breakdown at any moment

There was construction around the only entrance to hotel we drove around for 30 mins trying to find an entrance finally i saw a pick up truck edging his way out of construction entrance so i thought i would try and get thru it also which i did slowly. When we finally got to the lobby i told the girl that we had a hard time getting in. It was very hot in the lobby and no air in elevator and we where on the 5th floor . I told them when i checked out that they need to at least put somekind of sign up to help people get in here. The lady told me that wasn't their property and i understand that but i told her they could of leadt put sone kind up somewhere out there. Breakfast was another story. The meat taste like rubber and i don't know what the gravy was, no orange juice no salt just pepper. I couldn't eat any of it so i finally made me a waffle. I understand the breakfast was simple but at least make it so normal people can eat it. Our room was nice and the beds where comfort. I know now when i travel that way i will not be staying there again
