I do not recommend this property due to the difficulty of dealing with the host. The power was out the day of our check-in, and to the host’s credit, he notified me via the app. He offered to cancel the reservation with a full refund on Monday (check in was on Friday). He did not provide the refund on Monday, so I had to ask again on Tuesday. He then provided only a partial refund, and he told me to contact VRBO if I wanted the rest of money back. This was very poor customer service on all accounts.
