Great view from room on level 5. However, toilet wasn’t working which we didn’t realise until after hours. Front desk upon checking out had no apologies…didn’t make for the best nights stay having to refill the toilet with a pot each time. Dirty cotton buds found in the chairs.

The location was very handy. The room furniture was well presented. However the bathroom was a massive letdown. The exhaust fan does not work and there is black mold in the wall behind the toilet.

I stayed on the third floor in an apartment with a lakeside view. Everything was comfortable and decor tasteful. A lovely hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed really comfortable. Washing machine and clothes dryer Fisher and Paykel. Perfectly quiet at night. Secure car park. Great value for money. I would recommend.

It's not ideal for someone who has recently migrated from another country and needs to live in a regional area due to their visa conditions, but it's a great place for weekend getaways and short holidays.

Great value for money

Clean and cosy apartment. Despite being a studio was more spacious than a regular one bedroom apartment. They got the room ready before the check in time and even called us for the same. Safe and secure undercover parking..almost next to the main hub of the Entrance

Location is great right next to everything the pool is really small though the kids didn’t get in as it was to packed, I found the bed really hard where I ended up sleeping in the couch instead the room had a weird smell to it I just kept the balcony door open the view made up for it all

Easy to book and good comms from the reception desk. But the property itself is run down and very dirty. Damaged tables and chairs, marks and holes in walls, layer of dust on many surfaces. And we had booked for 4 people but had to make the fold out couch ourselves. Not worth it for the price paid. It was a busy weekend and we booked last minute, but we couldn’t recommend it and won’t be back again.
