You will find the cloakroom in the entrance area.
Then the entire apartment is very open and spacious.
The large living room with a comfortable couch gives you a view of the kitchen with dining area, the fireplace and the gallery.
A 60 inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime is available in the living room.
There is also an X box for younger guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything.
Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
In the 1 bedroom you will find a walk-in closet and a TV.
Bathroom with bathtub and shower and hair dryer.
At the top is another bedroom with a TV and DVD player.

Super nette Vermieter .. die Wohnung ist ansich super schön, allerdings könnte man auch einige Kleinigkeiten etwas richten.Die Fliegengitter sind leider an manchen Stellen nicht mehr dicht, und so haben wir leider unzählige Schnaken in der Wohnung gehabt .Die Dittmars wissen Bescheid, und wollen dies beheben.Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Seen, aber das macht der Pool wieder wett. Zumal die Seen leider immer wieder von Blaualgen befallen waren, so das man eh nicht baden konnte. Der Garten ist abgetrennt zur unteren Wohnung, und komplett eingezäunt. Mega für den Wauzi und uns.Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und so hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.Zum Schluss noch ein Tipp, die Gaststätte Signal im Ort. Da gibt's leckeres Essen, vor allem Steak mit Pfeffersauce ist der

Mooi zwembad

Net appartement met mooi zwembad. Zwembad was lekker warm, waardoor ook prima bruikbaar bij minder mooi weer.Theilenhofen ligt direct aan Limes route en dicht bij Brombachsee en rodelbaan. Genoeg te zien en te doen!

Toller Pool, Wohnung ist ausreichend

Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und trotzdem alles, Einkaufen, Badesee, Minigolf, Rodelbahn, schnell zu erreichen. Der Herr Dittmar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war die Wohnung auf Grund eines ungeplanten Reperatureinsatzes nicht gereinigt. Auch bei der Ausstattung in der Küche hat einiges gefehlt. Wurde aber auf Anfrage nachgeliefert. Dennoch hatte ich für diesen Preis etwas mehr Vorausplanung erwartet. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Herr Dittmar ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, unkompliziert und hat uns als Familie mit Kindern und Hund herzlich empfangen.Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, hat alles was man braucht. Bei Fragen funktioniert die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter reibungslos.Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Garten mit dem Pool, alles ist gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Die Nähe zu beiden Seen ist optimal, mit tollen Strandlokalen. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

Ideal zum Entspannen

Unser Aufenthalt war toll. Das Haus ist super für eine Familie mit größeren Kindern. Steile Treppe im Haus. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist ein Traum. Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum Wandern und Spazierengehen. Viele Ausflugsziele und Städte sind im Umland mit Auto gut zu erreichen

Es war alles Traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist toll uns hat es an nichts gefällt. Poll ist wunderbar immer für eine abkühlung gut. Der Garten ist super wir hatten viel Spaß. Unsere zwei hunde waren willkommen. Der Vermieter Herr Dittmar ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Region ist schön, Ferienwohnung war ok. Mich hat gestört, dass es den ersten Tag stark nach Febreze roch, das vermittelt den Eindruck, das nicht geputzt, sondern nur überdeckt wurde. Die Einrichtung war gut, aber der Pool war zu chemisch und trotzdem hing ein übler Geruch von Pilz unter der Überdachung…. Es war unangenehm…. Da auch die Gartenmöbel dreckig und nicht einladend waren, verbrachten wir nicht so viel Zeit, wie erhofft im Garten/am Pool…. Der Rest war in Ordnung.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Wir wohnten in der oberen Wohnung der Fewo mit unserem Hund und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, richtig toll. Und komplett geschlossen. Das war uns wichtig, damit der Hund nicht unbemerkt die Gegend erkundet. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Art und den tollen Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles tip top sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten war herrlich, so wie auch der Pool. Abends sehr gemütlich im Garten um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen schöne Atmosphäre. Herr Dittmar ist sehr nett und geht auf Wünsche ein. Wir hatten noch etwas vergessen in der Wohnung diesen hat er uns nach Hause versendet. Wir bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich und empfehlen die Wohnungen gerne weiter.

Herbsturlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön ausgestattet und bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir Netflix & Prime nutzen. Der Pool im Garten war trotz der Jahreszeit offen und bot morgens einen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, Grüße an die sehr netten Gastgeber!

Erholung pur!!

Der Check in war total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selber ist hell und freundlich! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Handseifen und Taschentuchboxen, Spülmittel und Lappen. Für die Kaffeetrinker, es stand sogar eine Saecco Kaffemaschine in der Küche! Der Pool ist sehr sauber und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Handtücher wurden auch nach einer Woche gewechselt! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Lebensgefährtin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Landschaft ist toll. Wir haben ein paar tolle Fleckchen entdeckt. Der Hundestrand am kleinen Brombachsee ist für Hundebesitzer auch zu empfehlen. Wir konnten uns super erholen! Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dass wir hier waren!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. Perfekt macht das ganze natürlich der tolle Pool. Dieser hat seit Frühjahr 2021 ein Dach wodurch man auch bei Regen bzw. kälteren Temperaturen gut baden und schwimmen gehen kann. Die Kinder fanden es toll. Schön war, dass der Garten für beide Ferienwohnungen sehr gut getrennt ist. Nur der Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt. Dadurch hat man eine super Privatsphäre, auch von der Straße ist der Garten nicht einsehbar. Besonders empfehlenswert in der Umgebung fanden wir den Barfußpfad und den Kletterwald. Für Kinder und Erwachsene eine schöne Zeit. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer des Objekts war stets sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung als kleine Familie mit einem Baby gebucht. Bereits im Voraus war der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bei schlechtem Wetter kann er abgedeckt und somit trotzdem genutzt werden. Wenn wir erneut in dieser Gegend wären, würden wir die Wohnung jeder Zeit erneut buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung / sehr netter Vermieter

Es war einfach alles super! Für Mensch und Hund! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit schönem Garten und komplett umzäunt, Pool und extra Hundepool. Die Umgebung ist schön ländlich optimal zum Gassi gehen und die umliegenden Seeen sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter!

Die Wohnung ist komplett entsprechend der Beschreibung & Fotos. Tierliebe ist definitiv ernst gemeint, deshalb sind logischerweise auch "Hundespuren" vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - da wir 2 Tage eine recht laute Baustelle nebenan hatten kam sie mit einem Entschuldigungssekt vorbei - wirklich nett! Da wir 5 Erwachsene waren gab es teilweise recht enge Raumverhältnisse (Küche nur 4 Stühle und recht eng), im Garten auf der Terrasse waren auch zuwenig Sitzgelegenheiten um gemeinsam am Tisch zu essen oä. Für eine Familie mit Kindern aber sicherlich ausreichend!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wohnung im OG und Dachgeschoss, sehr modern ausgestattet in perfekter Lage zum Brombach und Altmühlsee. Zum Essen am besten nach Gunzenhausen. Die Gegend um die Wohnung eignet sich gut zum Spazierengehen. Wir waren als Familie mit Oma und Baby in der Wohnung und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
