First of all 2nd floor smelled. Second elevators were not working properly. Did not have essentials like sauce pans to cook. Bathroom shower was dirty. Pillows felt that did not have any suport. Internet was not working properly. Will never book again with them or their branches. The only good thing was the big refrigerator.

This hotel was nice and clean. No breakfast which I thought was odd but when I looked at the amenities it turns out it was something that I overlooked. Area is in the middle of nowhere. Not many restaurant options. I went to a place called 5Ds and it was OK at best. Food was way over-seasoned.

Great location! The front desk staff went above and beyond. Fast check in. Friendly. Also when I left I forgot something in my room and they called me within 5 mins of me checking out. I really appreciate the front desk clerk caring enough to call me. I will definitely stay here again. Also the room was super clean and had a kitchenette. I was able to go to H-E-B less than five minutes away and get food and snacks and breakfast for my two day stay. This allowed me to save money and not have to eat out. The room was extremely comfortable.

First room they sent me to was dirty and I think people were still using it. Front desk clerk was put out when I asked for another room. Next room’s TV was not working. Front desk line was busy all evening, so did without a TV. Window AC unit was leaking water, carpet was wet out in front of it. This hotel has not put any money back into itself. Overall very dingy.

The bath tub and toilet had not been cleaned and both were dirty. Black mold covered the bath room ceiling. The TV remote would not work properly and a shelf that had been ripped off the wall was placed against the wall under the TV. The dishwasher had a glass that was half full of moldy water. In with the clean dishes. Overall disgusting experience.

I liked that the ice machine was in the Cupboard and not in the halls. I didn't feel like the floors in our room were very clean, or what they were cleaned with left a sticky/waxy residue. Staff was very accomodating and very friendly.
