Terrible service at front Conter receptionist. She mention her name Selina. We booked 5 rooms. In the morning around 8.45 am, I had requested that we are checking 3 rooms. She says that’s fine. Around 9am, I go back to the receptionist that my parents will check out at 10.30am but I am dropping their room keys as we are heading for National park. She says she already check us out on all 6 rooms at 8.45am. I says you did by mistake but my parents are leaving untill 10.30am. She start arguing that we are already checked out. I requested I dropped 3 keys and requested with specific rooms 228,229,330 to check out. You checked us out on all rooms, just go ahead fix your mistake. She was rude and trying to blame her for the mistake. I dropped the keys and walked out.
