Decent value for your dollar. Each room should be looked at from a guests point of view. The fixtures are rusty, lamp shades stained, bathrooms need to be updated. Bathtubs are in rough shape, look dirty with all the enamel that is missing. Also access to heat and AC next to impossible to reach behind wall length desk. Can not adjust temperature. The continental breakfast is lovely as is the staff. Beds are comfy.

Stayed one night on the road trip. Bathroom was very outdated with rust spots in the tub. Carpet was sticky so had to wear shoes all the time. Matress was hard to my taste and pillows had seen better times. From 7 nights in different hotels on the road trip it was the worst.

First time I seen this. Check with hotel at 12:30pm when room would be ready. They told me room is ready but wanted $50 as checking in is 2:30pm. What the hell is that? Well I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction to make extra $$$. Their trying to gouging or as front desk it's POLICY. The next morning I went for continental breakfast. What a joke. It was 6:30 am and just opened. No boiled eggs, no muffins, 1 yogurt, 1/2 a loaf of bread. It's was a shame. This been going on for a few months now. Elevator still down. Been a few weeks. I know this for a fact been staying there alot since May. Your probably saying alot of complaints your staying there. It's at good location for my appointments, most hotels in tbay full during summer.

Basic clean room. Comfortable bed, great pillows, staff very friendly. Nice little continental breakfast each morning. Be aware there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage and are on the 2nd floor, it may prove to be a bit difficult lugging it all upstairs. But all in all good value for your buck.

Both morning and night front desk staff were great, the hotel itself was terrible. The room was dirty, the window didn’t have a screen and was open when we got there, water damage on the walls, something splattered on the walls. The floors in the bathroom and the stairwell were sticky. The area felt and looked very sketchy and unsafe. Would NOT recommend staying here.
