Great location. Air con would be a great addition to the apartment. We appreciated the facilities within the apartment as we did eat in the majority of our stay.A more detailed map of the island would also be great.

Great 5 date break with teenagers

Brilliant location just a few minutes walk from the beach and the strip with a good supermarket next door to the complex. The apartment was clean and spacious - plenty of room for 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again

We have just returned from a 5 night stay, and we loved everything about the apartment. Spacious, clean and great facilities. Excellent communication from the host. The apartment block was in the perfect location for our family, a 5 minute walk down to the strip, lots of restaurant's and shops and of course the beach. The supermarket to the left of the complex was really good and we got everything we needed from there. Great fresh bread and pastries. The swimming pool was fab for our children, it was heated so that was nice. The apartment overlooked the splash park which the children loved too. We would love to return again as we have all enjoyed it so much!

Great location and well appointed apartment

Had great 2 weeks stay with my husband and daughter had 1 week. The apartment was in a great location, it was super clean and had everything needed for a long stay - a real home from home. Easy to check in and the communication with Yadira pre arrival and during our stay was great - she was really helpful when we had a slight issue and was very quick to rectify it speedily. Perfect location for bars and restaurants and the supermarket next door was great. The TV worked well and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed for a good holiday. The pools and facilities were great and I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples and families.

All good except arrival to find apartment had not been cleaned but owner answered messages and sorted it out we just had to wait 3 hours while it was cleaned. Location good, complex good our kids like the pool. Perfect winter break for sunshine would go again

Beautiful apartment and fab location

The apartment is beautiful. It had everything that we needed (and more) and was immaculate. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location is perfect, so close to everything- with a large supermarket next door. The complex it is situated on is brilliant. 2 large pools (one with bar) a quieter one and a kids splash pool - this was in front of the apartment. Great communication from the owner and we would all go again without hesitation.

Great apartment with excellent location and communication

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment. It was our first friends trip away and the clean and comfy apartment made it a perfect time! There was almost everything that we needed and the location was perfect. The views were beautiful and the apartment was very clean! Perfect family property

We stayed here October 2023 with our two teenage daughters. The apartment is lovely with everything you need for a couple of weeks in the sun. Both pools on the complex were good and it was nice overlooking the kids splash park as it was quieter than the two other areas in the complex. The supermarket is right next door and the beach a 5 minute walk away. Location wise this is perfect. The Spinnaker Restaurant above the supermarket is worth a visit too. I would recommend this place for a family holiday. Very pleasant dealings with host throughout.

Great property only one small complaint is the lack of sunbeds is the worst we have ever came across and we were at this property out of season, i wouldn't stay in the summer as it would be packed and not enjoyable, the apartment was really great, everything we needed and very homley and it over looks the splash park which is great, i would def go back but not summer

As older people, it was in a nice location, central to all amenities. The whole complex was cleared every day and always looked really nice. Staff on reception were really friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment.

The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated and very well equipped. The owners are great in their communication, both in terms of giving information and in responding to the random questions I sent. The complex is great for kids, with swimming pools and a splash pad and playground and organised activities. Although the apartment is privately owned, the complex staff are friendly and helpful. In terms of location, it’s very close to the beach and all shops, restaurants and bars. Also, local bus services run nearby if you want to venture further afield. We loved staying here and the kids felt very at home, thanks to the care the owners put into the apartment and the nice homely touches.

Very clean, but overlooking splash area so if you are not keen on hearing small children scream with pleasure then this is not the place for you. Notice this is at the top of a steep hill (as is most of Puerto Del Carmen)

On arrival at our apartment everything looked good, but then we had problems with the door it wouldn’t lock several times and this caused stress to our holiday! The apartment had lots of cobwebs around the top windows and there was a piece of volcanic rock on display which previous guests had stuck there chewing gum to after closer inspection! There was no toilet roll which meant we had to go and purchase ourselves. The television didn’t work even after reading the property manual it just came up with no signal, Also the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work it said insecure network and weak signal meaning we couldn’t use this feature! On day 7 we spent over half an hour trying to lock the door to leave for dinner with our family and it just wouldn’t lock we tried everything in the end I called the property manager and she said oh I can come tomorrow? I was abit taken aback by this as what was we supposed to do leave the apartment open whilst we went for dinner? That wasn’t an option for us! She then said ok I will come but will be 20 minutes so we had to delay our evening with two young children which was very stressful! When she arrived we had managed to lock the door and she did give us a different key, she said they had problems with the door previously so this should have be fixed in my eyes. She also said I will be coming back tomorrow anyway as we were staying for 10 nights after 7 nights as per the property booklet the sheets should be changed and fresh towels etc. The next day we heard nothing she didn’t return leaving us with the same sheets/towels for the entire stay! Overall I expected a lot more and weren’t very happy with the service and facilities. I would like the property owner to contact me to discuss this further as I feel we paid for something we didn’t receive!
