We enjoyed this location very much. Stayed in a large residence suite that had 4 separate bedrooms. It could have been updated but it was very nice. I would definitely stay here again

This place only gives a 3-hour window to check i between 3 pm to 6 pm which is not stated on the mobile. If you arrive after, absolutely no one is there to let you and you cannot receive a refund which means you are stranded. Expedia is also no help as I'm waiting 6 weeks for a refund.

We like Tiberias!

Wonderful experience. The staff was lovely. A few tips to note: 1. Check-in is across from the gravel parking in Europa Hotel. 2. The phone number listed on the reservation does not work. We were able to get a proper phone number, but not until we arrived. 3. The parking becomes full rather quickly and there doesn’t seem to be close by parking otherwise, be aware. We always ended up with a spot, but just note, if driving, that could be a potential issue. Overall we would easily stay there again. The location is great!

Good experience, new residence

New building, couple of apartments, all new and comfy, beds are not queen size as advertised, but twin size that were joint. kitchen is fully accessorized, balcony has nice view, building has good elevator and overall made the stay pleasant. AC is not strong enough to handle the heat in the hot days. accommodation was a bit pricy but overall the stay was fun.

great apartment hotel in Tiberias

This apartment hotel is newly renovated, well-equipped, and at a very good location. The owners clearly invested in making sure that the facilities are in excellent condition. the price was very reasonable too. My two-cent criticism: the bed was a little too short for me (but should be ok for most).
