Housekeeper stole stuff that was hidden. I made a complaint while I was there and I still have yet to hear back from them. Its unfortunate because I travel to the area alot and now I wont stay there. Best amenities but them not doing anything, shows alot

Great Views, Great Room Service & Food but poor property maintenance and the room was a disaster I was on the 30th floor , enjoying the golf course view had booked the property for 3 nights .. the room looked a bit aged .. multi color curtains .. looked like the curtains were reused from different rooms .. but thought these were minor issues .. but the problems were about to start .. A/c heater wasn’t working the first night .. had disabled the option to even increase the heater.. was too tired to call up reception in the middle of the night .. slept in cold .... the sink cold water tap wasn’t working .. the cordless phone would lose charge .. probably 20 years old .. can’t hold charge .. so all my complaining was constantly on the speaker phone .. I was offered another room the next day afternoon on the 22nd floor .. I should have checked out the room first .. packed my bags and once I got in .. realized the walk-in shower was gone .. got a dingy bath tub which was visibly not maintained and an old motel style shower stuck to it .. called the reception immediately to see if they had another room .. was offered another room on the 14th floor and the receptionist said that the room is missing carpets … I thought to myself to cut the losses and move back to the 30th floor room that I had before and requested the receptionist to refill the empty body wash .. had to call them multiple times to remind them to fix the heater and the body wash ..
