Staff didn’t have the room ready by 3 pm, but they were willing to accommodate me in a room I had been in before.

We were put in what you would call a brothel room because the hotel did not have elevators and we are seniors and couldn’t walk up three flights of stairs so they have these rooms available for four hours and that’s where they put us their bedding was gray and dingy their pillows were stained. We went to purchase pillows. They have a guard dog that is brought in apparently in the evening and it barks all night and we were on the first floor second room to where the dog is needless to say for three nights I probably slept a total of five hours and then had to leave and drive Four hours north

All in all, for the price, it was great! I didn’t get restful sleep braces the blvd is so noisy and too noise filter in this structure. Bring good ear plugs and eye mask and you should be good!

I had lost my phone and the receptionist let me borrow her phone to find my lost phone and she was such a nice person went above and beyond to help me! And the security guard was amazing too. I’m grateful there’s still good people

They did not have any extra towels. Parking was not on site. They did not offer food to purchase. No perks. Staff promised to bring up 1 extra towel and never did. The room is by the main road and very noisy at night
