To be blunt, not very happy about being woken up by staff this morning
Upon check-in I was asked point blank if we were checking out the following day. I said yes and that we'd be out by 11am.
We went to a wedding. Had fun. Came home late. Went to bed even later only to be woken up at 9:30 by staff knocking on our day. We paid over $200 dollars for a place to sleep. And then you interrupt our sleep to basically rush us out.
We couldn't fall back asleep after that but it was then too late to get breakfast
So you interrupted our sleep to ask a question I had already answered the evening prior and when my husband questioned you on check out time, it was indeed not for another hour and a half.
Also, what is wrong with the pool?
When we pay for certain amenities listed on your website, we expect those to be available or shouldn't our rate have been discounted?
The room did not smell good. Very musty and sour. Hair in the sink that didn't belong to us
Overall, big price tag for what we got. Will not recommend to hockey families for this coming season.
