Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This well equipped multi level home has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in tin Can Bay. The house is located central in Tin Can Bay so it is very easy to access all that Tin Can Bay has to offer. There is a lovely sparkling above ground pool with covered deck to make it easy to watch over the kids while they play. The property also boast a little herb garden for your enjoyment.



The space

This multi level home has so many great features to make your stay one to remember.



Ground floor is for parking. There is a carport with door on the front which is extra long. The driveway has 2 entrances with additional covered parking under the front balcony. The garage as noted in the photo is not included.



First level brings you to the lounge room with large wall mounted TV and DVD player and ceiling fan. Comfortable corner lounge to accommodate everyone and air conditioning for comfort all year round.



The sliding glass door leads you out to the partially covered front deck with outdoor seating for 6 and a hooded BBQ which also includes a small fridge.



There is a dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen that has been well decked out with anything you will need while you are on holiday. It includes gas cooking, a large fridge/freezer, pod coffee machine along with a variety of pods for your enjoyment. That is just a few of the long list of items provided for you! You will also find basic items in the pantry such as tea, sugar, cooking oil and other condiments.



This level also accommodates the main bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioner. A wardrobe is available with hangers.



Bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and vanity. The second level has the second and third bedrooms each with an air conditioner and hanging space for clothes. The second bathroom includes toilet, shower and small vanity unit. The backyard boasts an above ground pool with covered deck to sit and enjoy a relaxing drink or watch the kids as they play. There are some pool noodles kept in the laundry for your use.



There is a small herb garden that you are welcome to utilise during your stay. If you are bringing a boat or two, the spacious yard has room to accommodate them.

Guest access

The whole house is available other than the garages downstairs which have been locked. You still have access to the extra long carport with the door on the front and the covered parking under the front deck as well as plenty of parking on the property for boats.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Pipeclay National Park. Features include an outdoor pool. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a balcony.
