Very disappointing stay. I experienced bed bugs and multiple bites during my time at this Comfort Inn. When I reported the issue to the manager at checkout, he was dismissive and disrespectful, and the conversation took place publicly in front of other guests, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite the situation, and despite the fact that I did not stay my final night due to continued bites and feeling unsafe, management refused to offer any refund or remediation. Overall, the handling of a serious health and cleanliness issue was unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

The room/hotel I remember booking online and the one I experienced in person felt different. If the photos were more accurate I probably would have chosen a different location. It is an older hotel and some of the room finishes need some help. IE: the bathroom door had a hole in it where I assume a towel holder was, and the finish is coming off of the door. Some of the other room finishes seemed like they needed attention. I did also pull off a sheet as there seemed to be a stain, although the sheet was washed. However, the staff was friendly and ironically the mattress/sleep was the best I have ever had at a hotel.

Leaking in bathroom, plumbing was terrible. The property did NOT keep their word and refund my card! Also it was noisey and loud above my head. The room was outdated and terrible. The manager Bobby lied that he would refund me and did not.
