Tisvilde is a quiet, charming beach town. The Strand Hotel is close to the beach. Good restaurant. Would stay there again

Unik lille hotel med utrolig meget charme og sjæl. Personalet er opmærksomt og hjælpsomme. Flere af vores forespørgsler blev imødekommet og vi skal helt sikker tilbage en anden gang. Det er et hyggeligt hotel midt i byen, som distancere sig langt fra de upersonlige store hoteller. Omgivet af alt inden for kort gåafstand, strand, cafeer, isbod, kro og fantastiske restauranter. En perle!

Meget ufleksibel betjening. Morgenmad først fra kl8.00 og det kunne ikke ændres. Ikke engang en kop kaffe tidligere. Værelset var så lille at der kun var en seng og ikke plads til bare en lille spisestue stol. Der lugtede at parfumeret røgelse over alt. Billederne på stedets hjemmeside passet ikke med de faktiske forhold.

Meget upersonligt hele vejen igennem, man føler nærmest man er til besvær som gæst, alene ved man dukker op. Morgenmaden har ikke det store udvalg (8 ting), hvilket egentlig er ok, hvis der havde været fyldt op. Man skal hele tiden efterspørge manglende mad. Hvilket i længden bliver ret anstrengende, hver gang er svaret, det er der om 5 minutter, det er lige sat i gang/kommet i ovnen også går der 20-30 min.

Yderst hjælpsomt personale. Smilende og venligt. Morgenbuffetten bar dog præg af at vi var laaaaangt uden for sæsonen.
