The modern architecture includes a polished concrete interior with an expansive outdoor terrace to enjoy panoramic views of the deep, blue Pacific Ocean and to watch the whales jumping! This 500 sq. foot studio, includes a kitchen area with full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen amenities. It includes a king-sized bed, bathroom with shower, covered parking, heating and AC, wireless star link WIFI for full internet, and TV with multiple stations (Netflix, Roku, Apple TV and more.) Other amenities include a black pebble tec lagoon-style swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.
