Japanese trip to visit son

Very clean. Fresh towels every day. Although staff didn’t speak English, google translate worked well. Breakfast was fresh and very Japanese. Hot drink machine available at breakfast but water machine available 24 hours a day. Booking in easy, done by computer and it had English translation. Central for shops, trains, bars and food places.

Thin walls and slow internet

The hotel itself is fine and location is good. But the walls are paper-thin. I could hear what the neighbours was talking about. And the internet is sooo slow.

The staff keep you up to date and respond to emails very fast. Check-in is very quick as you pick up your key from outside in a lock box. It was clean and the room having a washing machine is an added bonus that made it even better! I will more than likely be booking here again when I come back to Osaka
