I did not like the time of check in .If the check out is at 10 AM the check in should also be early not at 3pm because ,guests that had a long trip need to freshen up and change clothes comfortably or rest for at least a couple of hours. It is not even 24 hours you pay.

We stay at this hotel every time we stop by Tokyo before we go back home. It's like our home in Japan. Hope the management can keep it clean like before. The room smell bad when we checked in. Overall is clean, but its time to have some deep cleaning especially the toilet and shower room floor.

Excellent cleanliness , staff polite. What I did not like were supply of free water bottle is Not daily during the length of stay. Air conditioning so cold challenging to understand the instructions in Japanese language. I hope they will consider free daily bottled water supply., overall it’s a very good hotel
