The hotel was centrally located in Ginza and a stone's throw to Tsukiji. Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. There were flavored water, coffee, and tea at reception. I love that it was a walk in shower. Great water pressure.
Cons:
Our window was facing a wall so we had no view
The prepaid breakfast was a bento box not a hot meal.
Excellent service at this hotel. Very pleasant lobby and rooftop garden. No space in the room to sit at a desk, so need to work in the lobby. Coffee and pastries in the morning. Short walk to Ginza shopping and Kabuki Theater.
First trip to Tokyo, First trip to Japan. This hotel caters to the Japanese traveler. The breakfast is primarily a seafood bento with good coffee and fresh rolls and pastries on the side. The room was efficient, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and huge. The TV was a bit hard to figure out. But the point of our trip was not to spend time in the room so it was all good.
