I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell and the air felt damp and humid. The room itself was shockingly tiny—barely enough space to move around. It was far from the fresh, clean environment I expected. The carpet was noticeably stained and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The chair in the room was also dirty and had visible stains, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness standard. Not worth the price.

Positives: Excellent location, within 15min walk to the heart of Shinjuku but without being right in the chaos. Hotel has excellent amenities including lots of lounges/sitting areas in the lobby, laundry room, free water, and free snacks during the afternoon. The staff are fairly hands off but helpful when you need something. There is daily room servicing OR they give you clean towels if you opt not to have your room serviced. Overall an excellent option. There is no gym or pool.

Awesome!

Very nice hotel. Modern and offer a lot of amenities. Great location and very friendly. The beds were the only the beds were not that comfortable is the only thing that was a bit of a bummer but the hotel overall is fantastic!

We stayed here for four days while on a two week vacation in Japan. The property is small but that’s what you get in a boutique hotel which is why we chose it. The rooms are small but most in Japan. The room and hotel decor are modernized and we did not have any issues while in our stay. The light breakfast and evening drinks is a nice bonus to start and end your day. The property is located well but does require some walking which posed no issue for us even when we arrived and departed with 3 midsize luggage’s. Would recommend this property.

It is located in the most convenient place possible. No matter where you need to go there is a bus or a train close to it that will take you there. Inside, everything is very comfortable and quiet. Lots of amenities and staff that's always willing to help you.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. While the location was convenient, within quick walking distance to Shinjuku Kabukicho, and the complimentary morning coffee and donuts, free daily water bottles, and cozy lobby lounge were nice touches, the overall experience was far from pleasant. The room was extremely small and unclean, with an uncomfortable bed and pillows. The worst part was a fire incident that required evacuation, but the hotel's communication during the emergency was severely lacking—they provided no updates or explanations before, during, or after the situation. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, close to Shinjuku - about 10 min walk. Close to a few metro stations. Clean room, nice facilities, included breakfast (cereals, pastry, tea/coffee/juice). Free flow drinks in the lobby from 5 to 9 pm was a nice bonus. The staff at the hotel was great.
